The seller did not ship all of my items. I bought over $300 worth of products, but the seller decided that they were going to send my products in "multiple" packages. However, I have not received all of my items because these so-called "other packages" are not real. I tried getting a refund for the missing items, but the seller deleted all the items from their store and ignored me. As of now, they have put items back on their storefront. I am writing this review to warn potential customers that I was given a fake tracking number, and aliexpress disputing system is a joke. They easily sided with the seller, who only provided a tracking label that weighed 1.2kg and had 4 quantities listed on the label. I bought 22 items, not 4. The seller used this label as "valid" evidence for all 22 of my items during my dispute with them, and aliexpress accepted it as legitimate evidence...although it only listed that 4 items were in the package. BEWARE! |
